We’re looking for a Support Engineer to join our client's tech team and help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across their platform.
Requirements
Conversational English, both written and verbal
Experience with Python and Django in a deployed, production codebase with live users
Experience troubleshooting issues in production environments
Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday), approximately 11:00 AM–8:00 PM CST (TBD)
Able to investigate and troubleshoot issues independently
Comfortable navigating and understanding an existing production codebase
Able to clearly communicate technical findings and next steps
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with React and debugging frontend issues in an existing production application
Experience in a technical support or customer-facing engineering role
Experience debugging issues using application logs and monitoring tools
