We are a team of more than 350 professionals across Europe. As we continue to expand our presence in the DACH region, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven marketer to lead field marketing initiatives and support regional pipeline growth.
The Role
As Field Marketing Manager – DACH, you will own field marketing execution across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, driving pipeline growth through a strong mix of events, campaigns, and partner marketing activities.
Working closely with the Head of Field Marketing and regional Sales teams, you will translate global marketing strategy into high-impact local programmes that reflect the distinct dynamics of the German-speaking markets.
This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who enjoys the fast-paced operational side of B2B marketing while contributing directly to commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Campaign Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns, events, roundtables, and webinars targeting the DACH markets
- Own the regional marketing calendar and coordinate local vendors
- Deliver campaigns end-to-end, from concept through post-event follow-up with SDR teams
- Ensure all marketing initiatives align with quarterly Sales priorities and pipeline goals
Events & Trade Shows
- Lead Ibexa’s participation in key trade fairs, conferences, and industry events across DACH
- Manage the full event lifecycle including event selection, booth planning, speaker coordination, logistics, and on-site execution
- Coordinate post-event lead nurture and campaign follow-up
- Identify and evaluate new high-impact event opportunities in the region
Partner & Channel Marketing
- Work closely with the Partner team to execute joint marketing initiatives with regional channel partners and technology alliances
- Co-create campaigns, co-host events, and support partner enablement initiatives
- Ensure partner marketing activities contribute to shared pipeline targets
Localization & Content Adaptation
- Localize global campaigns, content, and messaging for German-speaking audiences
- Ensure linguistic quality and cultural relevance in all regional marketing assets
- Work with Product Marketing to adapt value propositions and positioning to the competitive landscape in DACH
Sales Alignment & Pipeline Contribution
- Partner closely with DACH Sales leadership to define shared targets and priority accounts
- Deliver measurable lead generation and pipeline contribution
- Participate in regional pipeline reviews and adjust marketing plans based on commercial feedback
Budget Management & ROI Tracking
- Manage the regional event and campaign budget
- Ensure efficient allocation across activities and programmes
- Track performance and measure ROI for all initiatives
- Share insights and recommendations with the Head of Field Marketing and wider marketing team
Customer Marketing Collaboration
- Work with Customer Marketing to identify and activate DACH customer success stories, case studies, and references
- Support marketing initiatives that drive both new customer acquisition and expansion
Market Intelligence
- Provide structured insights on local market dynamics, competitor activity, audience trends, and partner ecosystems
- Share learnings and best practices with the broader field marketing team across regions
