About the position

Ibexa’s Human Resources internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing international company. You will join our dynamic HR team in Louvain-la-Neuve and support key initiatives related to Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) and Talent Development (Training & Learning).

We are looking for a proactive and organised student who is eager to learn how companies attract, recruit, onboard, and develop talent.

During this internship, you will actively contribute to the recruitment process and employee development initiatives, while gaining exposure to various HR activities. Due to the nature of working in HR, a high level of confidentiality and discretion is essential.

Your responsibilities may include:

Talent Acquisition – Recruitment

  • Support the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
  • Screen CVs and follow up on job applications
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Help improve the candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
  • Support onboarding by preparing integration materials and coordinating first-day logistics

Talent Development – Training & Learning

  • Assist in the coordination and organisation of internal training sessions
  • Support the development and follow-up of the annual training plan
  • Help track employee training participation and learning progress
  • Contribute to initiatives that support employee learning and skill development
  • Assist with onboarding programs and learning materials for new hires
