Data Engineer (AI Integrations)

If you like building real systems at the intersection of data, backend engineering, and AI, this role is for you. We’re looking for a Data Engineer specialist to take ownership of our MarTech data infrastructure — from automating data flows and writing backend services to integrating LLMs and designing APIs across our entire data ecosystem.

In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain Airflow DAGs to integrate new data sources into BigQuery and GCS.
• Integrate new MarTech and SaaS tools via external APIs and automate end-to-end data flows.
• Build analytical models, data marts, staging layers, testing, and documentation using dbt.
• Develop backend services, API layers, and internal tooling on top of data integrations using FastAPI and Django.
• Integrate LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Haystack, LlamaIndex) and automation tools like n8n into internal systems.
• Design, build, and support ETL/ELT pipelines and operational workflows across PostgreSQL and BigQuery.
• Participate in architecture design for new systems, data infrastructure, and automation services.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• At least 3 years of Data Engineering experience, backed by professional Python skills for building production-ready code and backend services.
• Strong SQL knowledge with hands-on experience in BigQuery and PostgreSQL.
• Practical experience with dbt (data modeling, testing, and documentation).
• Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow for writing and maintaining DAGs.
• Solid understanding of data modeling principles (OLAP/OLTP, data marts, Kimball / Inmon methodologies).
• Proven experience integrating external APIs and third-party SaaS services.
• Practical experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Haystack, or LlamaIndex).
• Experience with containerization and CI/CD tools (Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
• At least an Intermediate level of English and fluent Ukrainian.

As a plus:

• Familiarity with the MarTech ecosystem and marketing data workflows.
• Basic experience or familiarity with Kubernetes.
• Experience with React or Vue for internal UI development.
