We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the team behind Eney, a brand-new product just beginning its journey.
Eney is a Computerbeing (or AI assistant) designed to change how Mac users interact with their devices. It helps them stay organized, automate routine tasks, and focus on what matters most.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of Eney’s market launch and growth, shaping how the product reaches and resonates with early users. You’ll define and test positioning, messaging, and value propositions for key target audiences, develop go-to-market strategies, and coordinate creative and performance marketing efforts to drive adoption.

In this role, you will:
- Implement and adapt the product marketing plan to enable the product to launch fully on the market, translating the product vision into actionable marketing initiatives
- Identify early target audiences, uncover their key pain points, and define, test, and iterate value propositions, positioning, and messaging to ensure it resonates and aligns with customers and the product vision
- Plan and execute early product releases, campaigns, and creative assets across channels, balancing performance marketing with brand consistency
- Set up early-stage funnels, tracking, and KPIs to monitor acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention, and optimize based on data
- Collaborate with Product and Revenue teams to support monetization experiments, testing flows, and revenue-driving initiatives even before full-scale sales
- Build, hire, and lead a high-performing marketing team from scratch, including onboarding, mentoring, and establishing operational workflows
- Take ownership of budget planning, allocation, and operational management to ensure resources are aligned with priorities and goals
- Drive experimentation and iteration across positioning, channels performance, creatives, and funnels, adapting quickly to changes and emerging insights
- Maintain a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and accountability, making informed decisions and leading initiatives hands-on in a fast-moving, early-stage product environment
Skills you’ll need to bring:
- 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing within B2C SaaS products in Tier-1 markets
- Proven experience in growth and optimization of performance metrics such as CAC, CPA, LTV, ROMI, and traffic
- Ability to build and execute clear go-to-market strategies, including value proposition development, product positioning, and differentiation in competitive landscapes
- Hands-on experience launching new digital products or features from zero to scalable growth
- Deep understanding of AI-driven products, including fundamentals of machine learning, LLMs, APIs, and data models
- Deep understanding of user funnel dynamics and practical experience optimizing acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
- Analytical thinking and data fluency, including experience running experiments, A/B tests, and cohort analysis to drive informed decisions
- Experience in planning and managing marketing budgets
- Solid knowledge of performance channels growth and ability to design an effective, balanced channel mix
- Experience conducting customer research and market analysis to uncover insights that shape product and marketing strategy
- High level of autonomy, responsibility, and focus on delivering measurable outcomes
- Curiosity about industry trends and a proactive mindset in identifying new growth opportunities
- At least an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English
