Software (Cocoa) Engineer for PR&D

Our PR&D team is looking for a Software (Cocoa) Engineer to join small, high-speed unit. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to move fast, experiment with AI, and see their ideas become real products in days, not months.

The PR&D Mission

We focus on fast, AI-first development of useful, single-usecase apps. We work from a backlog of ideas prioritized with the team and execs. We take an idea, make it real fast enough to test, and then decide if it lives or die. Most won’t. Some might.

What you’ll be doing:

In your first week, you’ll ship a working prototype. There are no fixed roles. You build, you question the product, and you help decide what gets cut. 

First tasks: working on a Text-to-Speech app, a Multi-agent chat client, and supporting Refolder.

This role is for you if:

• You know macOS inside out and take full initiative.
• You prefer a point of view/brief over rigid specs.
• You value directness and aren’t afraid to say if something is "bullshit."
