We are seeking an experienced HR Marketing Manager to join our passionate team.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Performance
- Campaign Management: Launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Telegram, and Google Ads to promote vacancies and strengthen the employer brand.
- Web Management: Oversee the career website and landing pages, including structure, copywriting, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Analytics & KPIs: Take full ownership of key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, and application conversion rates.
- Funnel Optimization: Drive conversion improvements at every stage of the recruitment funnel: Impressions → Clicks → Apply → Interview.
- Reporting: Build and maintain comprehensive reports and data dashboards.
Content & Distribution
- Community Placement: Plan and execute content distribution across relevant platforms and communities (e.g., Habr, Reddit, Telegram).
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and hiring managers to craft targeted campaign messaging for specific roles.
Employer Branding
- EVP Strategy: Support the development, localization, and communication of the Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
- Social Media Management: Manage employer social media profiles and career platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, HH, Glassdoor, etc.).
- Events: Organize and promote employer branding events, including webinars, meetups, and conferences.
- Special Projects: Lead special projects and collaborations to increase brand awareness and market presence.
