IT Service Coordinator
Support Customer Service Technical Support Helpdesk Onboarding
Mayflower is a technology company that alters the entertainment industry to a new level of perception and engagement. As we prepare for our exciting transition to the new Mayflower Campus and introduce ITIL service management frameworks, we are looking for two proactive IT Service Coordinators to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be the face of IT for our employees, ensuring a seamless digital and physical workplace experience during a period of rapid company growth.
Responsibilities
- Log, categorize, and prioritize incoming IT incidents and service requests using the Jira ticketing system.
- Perform initial diagnostics and resolve straightforward issues, such as password resets, software installations, or printer connectivity problems.
- Escalate complex tickets to Level 2 support teams while maintaining clear communication and tracking resolution progress.
- Provide remote or on-site support for hardware setups, including workstation imaging, peripheral configurations, and user onboarding/offboarding.
- Perform comprehensive cable management and full user workplace setups, as well as hardware checks in common areas (conference rooms, open spaces, halls).
- Assist in event management by setting up video conferencing and sound systems.
- Update knowledge bases, conduct user training sessions, and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Assist in asset provisioning and handling in accordance with records maintained by IT Financial Operations.
- Provide 1st line support as a Duty Admin on a periodical basis and carry out tasks across all office locations as required.
