Your Mission

A System Environment Engineer will research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner. You will be responsible for providing support to all domains team from Mbition, working with different systems, software, and hardware and support from flashing, troubleshooting to initial system testing.

Sneak preview of your future tasks

  • Responsible for preparation and maintenance of ECUs and test equipment, among others flashing (DKF, low level), troubleshooting 
  • Establish good communication with domains to ensure smooth daily operation and preparation of test environment
  • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues 
  • Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
  • Develop tools and function for automatic flashing
  • Reporting failures and anomalies being observed during flashing 

Your Profile

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent or trained system technicians, IT specialists or equivalent 
  • Adb, linux command line, linux filesystem knowledge, has experience flashing Android devices
  • Several years of experiences with Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANape, etc.)
  • Several years of experience with Wireshark, CANoe, DLT Logging
  • Experience with: qnx file system knowledge 
  • Proven working experience in technical support, or as a technical engineer
  • In-depth knowledge in the product that the technician is supporting.
  • Basic scripting skills (Python, Shell, etc) 
  • Experience in technical program management
  • Experience in debugging issues in SW downloading
Personal skills 
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High level of autonomy and personal drive 
  • User centricity and ability to provide simple solutions to complex problems 
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Excited to do technical deep dives into tricky problems & possessing excellent debugging skills
  • Proficient in English, German is a plus
Nice to have:
  • Hands-on experience with GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, Jira
  • Hands-on experience with Monaco, TUT
  • Basic programming skills C++ 
  • Environment: Windows and Linux
  • Familiarity with ASPICE
  • Solid understanding of infotainment systems
