Working Student – Driving Functions Team (all genders)

Your Mission

As a working student in the Software Architecture team at MBition GmbH, you will work closely with our Domain Software Architect and gain hands-on experience in shaping the future of automotive software. You will support various architecture-related tasks and contribute to real-world projects in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Sneak preview of your future tasks

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of software architecture documentation

• Support the definition of interfaces between components using UML/SysML, PlantUML, or similar tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect)

• Map system and software requirements to architectural components (DOORS, Jira, Figma, Confluence)

• Prepare technical presentations and overviews for internal workshops and meetings

• Organize and structure architecture models, including version control via Git

• Evaluate tools and develop automation scripts to ensure architectural consistency

• Explore component-level dependencies and contribute to variant handling strategies

Your Profile

You are a motivated student enrolled in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field, and you bring:

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts

• Initial experience or strong interest in embedded systems and automotive software

• Familiarity with UML, Git, PlantUML, Enterprise Architect, or similar tools

• A passion for system/software architecture and automotive technology

• A proactive and independent working style, curiosity, and willingness to take initiative
