Qblox is a deep tech scale-up accelerating the race toward scalable quantum computers. We develop the world’s most advanced quantum control stacks—technology used by R&D teams across the globe to push the boundaries of physics and computing. Our products combine precision electronics, FPGA systems, and proprietary sequence processors to control thousands of qubits with nanosecond accuracy.
We are seeking a DevOps Team Lead to build and grow our DevOps function across FPGA, embedded systems, and high‑level software. This role combines hands‑on technical work with formal people management. You will start with two senior engineers, define ways of working, and expand the team to tackle a large backlog.
Success requires not just technical expertise but also leading the organizational change needed for DevOps to thrive – helping teams adopt modern practices, improving how work is delivered, and embedding security, compliance, and governance into every process.
