Where you come in: As our Supply Chain Intern, you'll play a key role in helping us scale the supply chain for our next-generation quantum control hardware. You will work closely with our engineering and operations teams, keeping our pipeline sharp, accurate, and ready for production.
What you'll do:
- Refine & Maintain BoMs: Review and clean Bills of Materials (BoMs) for our latest Gen2 hardware prototypes to keep our builds running smoothly.
- Track & Deliver: Follow components end-to-end from purchase order to delivery, ensuring our engineering teams have the critical parts they need right on time.
- Keep Data Crystal Clear: Maintain accurate pricing, lead times, and supplier information across our internal systems.
- Analyze & Flag: Monitor project spending and keep a sharp eye on timelines, actively flagging late deliveries and potential bottlenecks.
- Connect & Support: Collaborate directly with engineers, procurement, and suppliers to keep our prototyping and production pipelines aligned.
