Remote Corp. is looking for a Full Stack Developer!
You will help to improve the workflow of our product and elevate our visual style.
Reporting into our Product Design Manager, you’ll be using your design skills to build and define our enterprise product for diverse use cases at the highest level of complexity. Your goal is to simplify and communicate functionality while framing Greenhouse in a way that influences how hiring teams excel at their jobs. What you’ll do:
- Partner with the product manager and engineering manager to define the roadmap for one of our triads
- Facilitate user research sessions, sprints, and workshops for your team
- Create user flows, wireframes, and high fidelity prototypes
- Work closely with engineers to plan and ensure the build matches the design
- Help establish and reinforce consistent design patterns for our design system, seedling
- Design software to help reduce bias and increase decision making within the hiring process
You should have:
- End to end product developer experience with a focus in UX
- Proficiency with C++ and Java
- Experience working at a start up and/or a financial services company, a plus!
- Proven ability to communicate with various audiences
- Experience facilitating user research
