Summary:

 

The Human Resources (HR) Manager II will be instrumental in advancing strategic HR initiatives while ensuring the efficiency of operational processes. This role demands a blend of strategic planning and everyday HR management to support organizational objectives and enhance the employee experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that are in alignment with the company's goals.
  • Manage and resolve intricate employee relations issues, facilitating effective conflict resolution.
  • Oversee compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor HR team members, cultivating a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and strategize for talent acquisition and retention.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
  • Leverage HR software and data analytics to support informed decision-making and reporting.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, effectively communicating key information and addressing concerns.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in HR management with a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and employment law.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective engagement with stakeholders and conflict resolution.
  • Proven leadership capabilities to manage a team and steer HR strategy.
  • Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools for reporting and decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is advantageous.
