If you want to:
- Take full ownership of paid search and social strategy across both web and mobile platforms;
- Build and scale campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and new emerging channels;
- Launch and optimize diverse formats, including app installs, web conversions, and full-funnel flows;
- Design structured A/B tests to identify the best-performing messaging, creatives, and audiences;
- Manage budgets and forecasting to hit target CAC and ROAS goals consistently;
- Partner with design and product teams to build high-performing, end-to-end user funnels;
- Turn data insights into recommendations that influence the product roadmap and growth strategy;
- Establish best practices for creative testing, audience segmentation, and reporting;
And you can check off:
- Proven success in performance marketing, with a track record of scaling paid search and social campaigns while improving ROAS and CAC;
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok across both web and mobile;
- Expertise in A/B testing across ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages;
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data patterns and make fast, data-driven decisions;
- A "startup mindset" with the ability to build from scratch and handle rapid changes;
- A self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of prioritizing high-impact work while collaborating smoothly with design, product, and engineering.
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience with subscription products or SaaS business models;
- Are familiar with setting up and managing attribution and analytics tools;
- Possess strong creative instincts and know how to brief design teams for high-performing ads.
